Sovereign lord King James 1613 of all the books and implements pertaining to the church ? Witheridge and delivered by and from John Partridge and William tanner, churchwardens, for ? ?

Item a bibell booke 2 communion bookes 1 booke of Jewell* and Harding 2 bookes of homilies 1 booke for the fifth of August **
Item 2 surplesses 1 covering for the table and a table cloth 1 cloth for ye pulpit
Item 1 pawle 1 communion cup of silver with a cover 1 quart of pewter
Item 1 chest with 3 lockes and kaies and 2 other chest for the keeping of our bookes and surplesses.
Money given to the poor forever by Hugh Attwill clerk 30s. Hugh Ellworthie 15s., Thomas Cruwys 20s.

Bishop Jewell was Bishop of Salisbury in Elizabeth's reign.
